I was surprised to find the food in Ireland to be out standing, and the Guinness is better too. We have plenty of choices here in Connecticut. That's an Irish flag however, which is similar to the Italian flag. I'm also part Irish, but the Irish are not known for fine cuisine, unless you enjoy corn beef, cabbage and boiled potatoes.
