Thank you for visiting the blog and commenting. I was actually on the deck of a small ferry, having just departed from the dock at Orient Point, NY. I love riding the ferry, or any boat for that matter. From New London, CT it is the fastest was to get to Long Island taking a about an hour to go the 12 miles to Orient Point. This is much faster than driving around Long Island Sound and fighting New York City traffic to get to eastern Long Island. It's a great way to travel
Where were you and your camera? Looks like you were walking on the water; or... floating above the water, anyway. Beautiful spot.
