It looks a like a labyrinth! A labyrinth has a single path in and out. Some churches have them. A maze will have some dead ends, a labyrinth does not, you can find your way out. Of course, even if this one had dead ends, you could just step over the stones and get out! Take care.
Thanks for the comment, Kay G. I never knew there was a difference between a labyrinth and a maze. I did not that if you just followed the path, it would eventually lead you out. No dead ends here.
The maze does not look difficult to solve. Too bad about the loss of that huge, old tree.
