Waxhaw, NC 2022
It has been a long time since I've posted anything. My wife and I relocated to North Carolina in December and we're currently renting an AirBnb apartment in Charlotte, awaiting the completion of our "retirement" home in Waxhaw. We really like the Charlotte area, and so far I have not missed any of the cold weather and snow that has hit Connecticut and New England the last few weeks. The picture was taken on January 11, and as you can see, we have a long ways to go before the house will be ready.
Ed, best of luck building a new house. I see the lot is prepped with water and sewer connections and is now ready for dirt work and foundation pouring. Hope you enjoy the North Carolina weather. It has to be better than Connecticut.
