Interesting Sculpture

There are a number of public art works on display in Kent, CT, including the one pictured here. There are also a number of art galleries. I found no name for this piece nor its creator.
Interesting sculpture. Perhaps the artist's name is under the snow. Is that another sculpture in the background? Warmth should be headed your way and melt some of your snow.
