I had to go back in the archives for today's picture since weather and other commitments have conspired against me and prevented me from getting out for more recent photos. I hope to remedy that this weekend. Fortunately I didn't have to go too far back. This was taken this past December. The Roann has been featured in this blog before. The boat in front is the Gerda III, originally built in 1926 as Danish lighthouse tender. She played an important role in World War II, smuggling Jews out of Nazi occupied Denmark.
