There is a correlation between education and smoking. The less education the more likely a person is to smoke tobacco. In 2015 those with advanced degrees only 3.6% smoked, while those with GEDs or less nearly 40% smoked. Tobacco is the single largest preventable cause of disease and death in our country. Perhaps a 911 call is warranted.
