Tonic

Chester, CT  2021

This looks like it might also have been a bank building at some time.  I'm not sure, though.

Olive Oyl's

Essex, CT  2021

A nice repurposing of a classic service station.  They just have a different type of oil now.

Downtown II

Waxhaw, NC  2021

There is strong sense of history in downtown Waxhaw.  There are a number of businesses that seem to be doing very well, with new businesses opening up.  Many of the buildings are on the National Historic Registry and have been repurposed during the years.  Note the steps along the curb with the handrails.

Noodles and Rice

New London, CT  2020

Are restaurants specializing in noodles becoming a trendy thing these days?  I've noticed a few such restaurants locally.  This one was established in 2018 and appears to be doing ok, in spite of the pandemic.  You can see they are equipped for out door dining.
