Are restaurants specializing in noodles becoming a trendy thing these days? I've noticed a few such restaurants locally. This one was established in 2018 and appears to be doing ok, in spite of the pandemic. You can see they are equipped for out door dining.
The outdoor dining season is over, especially here were it is now cold. When we lived in China we had rice every meal, and noodles were a Friday treat.
