Graffiti

Norwich, CT  2020

Stencil

Waterford, CT  2016

Any graffiti artist can use a stencil.  Even I can can use a stencil.  This was found tucked away, out of sight.  It looks like an image of Kathryn Hepburn to me, but I'm not sure.  I haven't seen any others stencils like this around town.

Norwich, CT  2015

Graffiti

Norwich, CT  2015
