Ed, are you thinking of buying this Italianate style large house that needs considerable repair and maintenance (paint, new decks, roofing, landscaping, and who knows what else?). It would be a beautiful hone when finished, but just might be a money sink hole.
I wish! This house is undergoing a foreclosure sale but I don't have the time, resources or skills needed to restore it to its past grandeur. I'd be interested in seeing what it looks like inside.
