We arrived early enough at the ferry terminal to get on the smaller ferry, which was leaving immediately rather than wait the 30-40 minutes for the larger Susan Anne, pictured to the left. This got us back to New London in plenty of time for a nice dinner.
Yes, go for the one that gets you the quickest dinner by all means!
ReplyDeleteThis makes me think how moments like these - e.g., waiting for and riding on a ferry - seem so normal to many people, yet would be completely new and strange to many other people. Nice photo of the moment.
