Square Peg Pizzaria
Manchester, CT 2021
What a cool idea for using a vintage 1951 fire truck! You can see the wood-fired pizza oven on the back. I can't vouch for how good the pizza is though.

Tortoise
Niantic, CT 2020
I'm not sure what the significance of this tortoise sculpture is for the Village of Niantic.

Pond Stand
Waxhaw, NC 2020
This part of North Carolina is booming with new residential construction. Everyone seems to be moving here from the NY, NJ, CT, lured by good weather, affordable housing and lower taxes. Just about everything we saw had been built within the last 10 years. The developer of this residential area left a lot of areas undeveloped for recreational use.

Pavilion in Millbridge
Waxhaw, NC 2020
Although it was a bit risky, my wife and I decided we needed to visit our grandchildren, so off we went to spend a week in North Carolina. We took all the necessary precautions during our travel and stay, and I'm happy to say that all is well. This pavilion stands at the entrance to a hiking trail and pond located in the housing development now considered home for my daughter and her family. Warning!! There might be some cute pictures of grandchildren in the following posts.
