I wasn't sure what to write about his particular mural. It seemed so out of place. It's located on a side of building facing a side street in New London. It's kind of out of the way. The building houses the Hygienic Art Gallery, a local artists co-op and art gallery, which might explain a lot about this mural. The next time I'm in New London, I'll have to make some time to actually visit the gallery.
