Saltwater Farm Vineyard II

Stonington, CT  2015

  1. For Connecticut, the wines produced here are pretty good. I'm hardly an oenophile, but I do like their two varieties of Chardonnay. Connecticut suffers from a pretty short growing season and only certain variety of grapes do well here. A number of Connecticut wineries import their grape juices for fermentation from Long Island , upstate New York or even from California.
