No Fishing

Niantic, CT  2014

Another picture from the archives.  There's no chance anyone would be doing any fishing around here lately, unless it's ice fishing.

Cape Cod Sunset

North Falmouth, MA  2014

I need to get out soon an make more images.  A combination of things have kept me in these last couple of weekends so I'm having to look back at images I made months ago that for some reason I never got around to posting.  With winter fast approaching,  this sunset reminds me of the warmer days of summer out on Cape Cod.

Sunset over Martha's Vineyard

Somewhere on Vineyard Sound

I happened to catch this sunset and reflection returning to Cape Cod from Martha's Vineyard.  Seemed like a perfect way to end a nice day.  For other outstanding reflections, please visit Weekend Reflections, hosted by James.  Enjoy the last weekend of summer!

Montauk Sunset

Montauk, NY

Although not as interesting as some of the reflections you can see at Weekend Reflections it the best I can do this weekend.  The setting sun does make a nice reflection, though.  Enjoy your weekend and thanks for visiting.

Cape Cod Sunset

North Falmouth, MA

I recently spend a weekend at a resort on Cape Cod.  The resort featured a nice beach and we were treated to some spectacular sunsets while we were there.  I find it hard to properly capture a sunset and on this occasion I was able to do some experimenting with various exposure settings.  Even though I'm satisfied with these images, they still don't quite capture the experience of being there.
